      We have extended expertise in manufacturing of spiral bevel gears and we partner with Spiral Bevel Co. variable ratio rack, worm face gears, worm gears, Globoidal gear, and spiral bevel ZAKgears.
       Spiral Bevel Co is using well advanced Direct Digital Simulation (DDS) modeling method for manufacturing of spiral bevel gears. With help of DDS software for spiral bevel gears, Spiral Bevel Co is  producing high accuracy bevel gears without use of gear generating machines. The critical 3-dimensional tooth geometry is calculated on special spiral bevel software and then the gear design is examined on the Tooth Contact Analysis (TCA) software.
     TCA is traditionally very critical for the final quality of spiral bevel gears. Because we use the new method for gear design and for gear manufacturing we also use new methods for spiral bevel gear tooth contact simulation.  Our spiral bevel gear tooth contact simulation software allows to test the gears before the gears are machined.
     We also inspect the existing gears and correct the tooth contact. We make replacement spiral bevel gears that run quieter and longer with the existing gears because of the corrections of the tooth contact.
    Spiral Bevel Co manufactures replacement spiral bevel gears and pinions that can mesh correctly with the existing gears. If you have a broken spiral bevel pinion and you want to keep the existing gear we can replicate your pinion or we can make a better pinion that will run longer with your existing spiral bevel gears. Our TCA software and our gear manufacturing process allows us to examen the tooth geometry on the existing part and make corrections so the new part will fit into the gear mesh better than the original.
    If you are currently purchasing spiral bevel gear we strongly recommend you to bring us a typical gear for tooth contact examination on our software. While the painter tooth contact pattern may look o.k., we often discover hidden errors in the tooth geometry that is impossible to see without computer modeling. When our clients allow us to participate in procurement it often results in significant cost reduction and improved quality. Because we are manufacturing our own gears we can provide an expert opinion and give recommendations for improving quality and reduction of cost of the current production of spiral bevel gears. The best approach for obtaining our help with mitigation with the existing gear supplier would be to provide us the drawings of the current gears for comparable price analysis. Very often, we can advise right on the spot if the current price/delivery can be improved.
